-
Reservations for a stay can only be made by contacting the reception staff of the PTTK Ukta Riverside Hostel via phone, email, or in person.
-
Confirmation of the reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay—i.e., the cost of renting the cabin and the cost of meals—within the next business day from the date of the preliminary reservation.
-
The preliminary reservation document, along with all information regarding the stay and payment conditions, will be sent via email (or traditional mail if necessary).
-
Failure to pay the deposit within the specified time will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
-
In case of cancellation or shortening of the stay, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to the cost of the used portion of the stay.
-
Payment of the deposit signifies acceptance of the Regulations of the PTTK Ukta Riverside Hostel.
-
The remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival at the reception or by bank transfer prior to arrival.
-
In the event of cancellation due to a pandemic and incurred losses, the PTTK Ukta Riverside Hostel does not refund payments.
-
The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

The reception is closed from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Arrivals/departures during these hours must be arranged individually with the reception.
-
Failure to arrive by 6:00 PM on the start date of the stay, without prior arrangement, is equivalent to cancellation of the stay, allowing the room/cabin to be rented to other guests.
-
Shortening or canceling the stay during its course does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion. In such cases, the facility reserves the right to reassign the vacated cabin/room.
-
Quiet hours are observed at the PTTK Ukta Riverside Hostel from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, except on days when events are held in the tavern or during stays of organized groups with events in the tavern.

The PTTK Ukta Riverside Hostel is located adjacent to a forest complex and the “Lower Krutynia” nature reserve in the Pisz Forest, so the presence of various “forest inhabitants” such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, other insects, and animals is possible. Therefore, please do not leave food or leftovers in accessible places to minimize the risk of wildlife encounters. The presence of wildlife in the vicinity or cabins does not entitle guests to a refund of the stay fee. Any such occurrences should be immediately reported to the reception staff.
-
Parents or guardians are responsible for children’s safety at the playground.
-
Items left by departing guests in the room or cabin will be sent to the provided address at their expense. Items will be stored for 3 months and then donated to charity.

Owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets and must have an up-to-date vaccination record for their pet. Dogs are strictly prohibited in the tavern and on the riverbank. Owners are liable for any damage caused by their animals.
